Yes, we are starting with week 7! For context, and important info, if you haven’t already read it, check out my previous post.
This week, the readings are below, plus I’m adding a discussion section for Ash Wednesday/Lent discussions, since it’s timely:
Monday, February 12, Day 43: Exodus 39-40
Tuesday, February 13, Day 44: Leviticus 1-4
Wednesday, February 14, Day 45: Leviticus 5-7
Thursday, February 15, Day 46: Leviticus 8-10
Friday, February 16, Day 47: Leviticus 11-13
Saturday, February 17, Day 48: Leviticus 14-15
Sunday, February 18, Day 49: Leviticus 16-18
I’m posting on a Monday this week, and the study also started on a Monday, so for the ease of keeping weeks in line with TBR (that’s The Bible Recap), the readings will be presented in a Monday-Sunday format, but I will post on Sundays going forward so you can post when you’re ready, even if you’re in an earlier timezone (since I’m on Pacific time in California.)
You can click each day above to find the discussion for each day in the comments.
For those of you who are also doing the Mere Christianity discussion, I’ll see you tonight!
In closing
I am contemplating different ways to supplement this discussion. I might continue to do posts on topics that get us talking, and maybe we will bring back an occasional Zoom, but I’m headed to Disneyland this week to watch Fake Librarian Daughter dance, so for now, let’s start here!
Keep it loving, keep it casual, and don’t hesitate to ask tough questions. That’s what we’re doing here.
P.S.
I know there are several of us doing different reading programs right now. While I’m going to use the TBR timeline, others are welcome to discuss the OT with us, even if you’re in a different place. You can start a new comment thread under this post, or hop on another thread if you see something relevant you want to chime in with.
